I made this shader on Substance Designer using just 2 images and pixel processor to split them and make it move. The global speed parameter is external so the speed can be ajusted.
I created this shader for the coat of a game character in a cyberpunk universe. My main inspiration was Matrix of course.
So far it works only in game engines like Unity but the frame rate is really low compared to the Substance Player. I haven't tried it in Unreal, though.
